Calling all new moms, or moms-to-be!  Mommy Connections West Toronto, a Post-Natal Program & New Moms Social Network is starting on September 21^st at Swansea Town Hall.  This six week program features expert presenters who will enlighten, support and educate moms – as well as give them a place to go and socialize. 

 Topics include fitness, nutrition, safety, infant communication, and more!  The course runs every Tuesday from 11-12:30 and costs $60 for a six week session.  Can’t make the September session?  There are 6 programs running throughout the year.  Expecting baby number 2, or 3?  It’s never too late to connect with other moms in your community to share stories, solicit advice, and laugh!
